Bob Williams has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Bob began their career in the United States Air Force as a Security Police/K-9 from 1981 to 1985. Bob then joined the Richardson Police Department where they served as a Special Ops Supervisor and SWAT Commander from 1987 to 1999. During their time at the Richardson Police Department, Bob managed special operations units, coordinated efforts for major crimes and disasters, and provided testimony in legal proceedings.
After leaving law enforcement, Bob transitioned into the corporate sector. Bob worked at ScenPro, Inc as a Program Manager from 1999 to 2006, where they managed Navy/Marine Corps program and software development activities. Their responsibilities included contract management, resource planning, and financial tracking.
In 2007, Bob joined the City of Rowlett as a Police Officer, where they served for eight years until 2015. In this role, they retired from police service.
Since 2015, Bob has been working at VOSS in various roles. Bob initially served as a Project Manager and then transitioned to an Account and Service Manager role for North America. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Success Manager (US) at VOSS. In their current role, Bob strategically manages the lifecycle of assigned customers, creates action plans for complex challenges, and identifies upsell opportunities.
