John Williamson

Manager of Performance Optimization at Vox Mobile

John Williamson has over 20 years of work experience. John began their career in 1998 as an Operations Analyst at GE Capital. In 2002, they moved to Cendant Mortgage, where they worked as a Forecasting and Scheduling Analyst. In 2005, they joined BCD Travel as a Workforce Management Analyst. John then worked as a Workforce Management Analyst at MSC Care Management in 2006. In 2007, they joined AmeriGas Propane in the same role. In 2013, they moved to National General Insurance, where they worked as a Workforce Management Supervisor and then as a Workforce Management Manager. Since 2018, they have been working at Vox Mobile, where they have held the roles of Contact Center Manager, Workforce Planning Manager, and Manager of Performance Optimization.

John Williamson obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Education from Morehead State University between 1992 and 1996. John attended Berea College from 1988 to 1989, studying Political Science and Government. In 2021, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Certification- Green Belt from Purdue University.
