Ron Pollock

Ron Pollock, Chief Operating Officer, has been at Vox Mobile since early 2012, joining the company initially as their Director of Operations overseeing our Support Center and Operations Leadership teams. Since then he has taken on many additional responsibilities, including the day to day management of our Client Services and Sales teams, as well as the renewal and expansion of our MMS client base. In his current role, he oversees our entire operations, from developing and executing the strategic roadmap to the day to day delivery of each Vox Mobile service. He and his team operate with an intense focus on improving end-user, client and employee happiness, cumulatively resulting in industry leading end-user satisfaction and employee retention.

When Ron is not at work he enjoys travelling and spending time with his wife Christina and daughter Claire. He is also an avid runner, completing 9 full marathons and 43 half marathons since he picked up the hobby in 2010. He also golfs frequently, albeit poorly.
