Erin Glancy, Senior Vice President of Customer Success, has been with Vox Mobile since 2014. Erin joined the Customer Success team managing some of our largest and most complex customers. Since then her role has shifted to lead the Customer Success team. With over fifteen years experience in client facing roles, Erin's passion is making sure customers are delivered a best in class service by constantly driving to exceed expectations. In the ever changing world of mobility Erin focuses on what solutions we can provide to our existing and prospective customers through innovation and leveraging the strong relationships with strategic partnerships.
