We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. This pivotal position offers the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives, drive revenue growth, and shape the future direction of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Market Strategy & Product Marketing:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research.

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies.

  • Execute Marketing Communication strategies including Positioning, Messaging, and Storytelling.

Strategic Leadership:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans.

  • Provide innovative leadership for business growth.

  • Business Development & Pre-sales: Build demand generation chains and deliver qualified leads.

Marketing Management:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

  • Support B2B sales and marketing efforts, including market analysis and strategic partnerships.

  • Market Strategy: Research, Planning, Competitive Positioning, Advocacy, and Win market share.

Budget & Project Management:

  • Manage departmental budgets and resources.

  • Oversee project management processes for timely and within-budget project delivery.

  • Strategy, Budget & Project Management.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team.

  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities.

  • People, V-team & International Team management.

Background & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales & marketing roles within the IT/Telecom sector.

  • Demonstrated track record of success in revenue growth and achieving business objectives.

  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Experience in global/regional multicultural environments.

  • Brand management, creativity, campaign execution, working with marketing agencies, and project management.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
