Andrea García Lavado

Andrea García Lavado has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources.

Andrea started their career as a Promotora de Ventas at Task Force. Inmark in 2014.

In 2015, they worked as an Operadora de Explotación at Parque Warner Madrid, where they focused on customer service and training new staff. Andrea also worked as a Becaria de Gestión at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid during this time.

From 2015 to 2016, Andrea worked as a Coordinadora de Atención al Cliente y Servicio Técnico at Benotac, where they were responsible for managing technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In 2018, they joined 360 Real Estate Capital as a Becaria Recursos Humanos, where they were involved in recruitment and selection processes and designed a project to improve the company's work climate and culture.

Andrea then gained experience as an HR Business Partner at Airbus from 2018 to 2019 and as an HR Business Partner for R&D North America at Faurecia from 2019 to 2020.

In 2020, they worked as an HR Talent Consultant for Amazon MAD8 at Manpower España, and later as an HR Generalist at Akka Technologies from 2020 to 2022.

Currently, Andrea is working at VoxSmart, starting in April 2023, where they hold the position of People & Payroll Manager.

Andrea García Lavado has a diverse education history. Andrea started by pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Sociology at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid from 2013 to 2017. During their time there, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at the University of Warsaw in 2016-2017, where they focused on Sociology.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Andrea decided to further enhance their knowledge in Human Resources Management. Andrea attended the EAE Business School from 2017 to 2018, where they obtained a Master's degree in this field. Additionally, in the same period, they pursued a specialized course in Emotional Intelligence and Coaching with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (PNL) at the same institution.

Continuing their academic journey, Andrea went on to pursue another Master's degree in Decision-making and Innovation at the Universidad de Alcalá from 2018 to 2019.
