Jeffrey Gerlach

Jeffrey Gerlach possesses extensive experience in compliance and customer service, currently serving as a Senior Compliance Officer at Voya Investment Management since October 2016. Previous roles included Senior Fund Compliance Analyst, Fund Compliance Analyst, and Associate Fund Compliance Analyst at the same organization. Prior experience includes leadership as a Student Lead at The University of Arizona's Office of Undergraduate Admissions, where responsibilities comprised training and conflict resolution, as well as serving as a Student Counselor, where communication and adaptability were key. Additionally, Jeffrey contributed as a Paraprofessional Advisor at the Eller College of Management, advising new students, and as a Financial Compliance Consultant Intern at Thistle Initiatives Group, focusing on compliance with financial regulations.
