Cynthia Bernal

Cynthia Bernal is a certified HR professional with experience in various roles in human resources. Starting as a Human Resources Generalist at Solar Gard Saint-Gobain in 2011, where she played a key role in the integration of the Bekaert Specialty Films business into the company. Cynthia Bernal then worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at TE Connectivity, where she aligned business objectives with employee needs, managed human resources-related issues, and delivered a wide range of HR activities. In 2022, she joined Veridiam as a Human Resources Manager, responsible for HR program development and implementation, legal compliance, recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, performance management, leaves, employee relations, and engagement. Cynthia Bernal has since become a Senior Human Resources Manager at Voyager Space in 2023.

Cynthia Bernal SHRM-CP, PHR-CA received their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University between 2022-2024. Prior to this, they received a Certificate in Human Resources Management from San Diego State University between 2005-2006. Cynthia Bernal SHRM-CP, PHR-CA has also obtained multiple additional certifications including the Foundations of Leadership Certificate from The National Society of Leadership and Success in August 2022, the Getting Things Done certification from LinkedIn in November 2019, SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in January 2015, and PHR-CA certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2013.
