Lakshminarasaiah Modagala has a strong and varied work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Lakshminarasaiah is currently working as a Project Director at VSoft Corporation, a role they started in October 2022. Lakshminarasaiah's career began at Balaji Communications, where they worked as a Senior Technical Support Engineer from 1999 to 2004.

Lakshminarasaiah Modagala pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their studies at the State Board of Technical Education and Training from 1990 to 1994. During this time, they obtained a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (DECE). Later, from 2004 to 2008, Lakshminarasaiah attended Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communications Engineering. Lastly, in 2015 and 2016, they pursued a program in Business Administration and Management, General, at Symbiosis Corporate Education and completed a degree called EPGDBM.
