Jay Schripsema

Jay Schripsema has a diverse background in the insurance industry, with extensive experience in sales and leadership roles. Jay is currently serving as the Market Director at VSP Vision Care. Prior to this, they worked at Cigna as the Sales Director for the Midwest region and later as the Regional Vice President of Sales for Worksite Solutions. Jay also held positions as a Client Executive at HUB International, Co-Owner of CGS LLC, and an Account Executive at Lighthouse Group. Earlier in their career, they worked at Humana as a Large Group Sales Executive and Sales Executive, and at Universal Insurance Services as a Small Group Sales Representative.

Jay Schripsema earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Michigan State University in the years 1995-1999. Additionally, they completed a college preparatory program at Jenison High School from 1991-1995. In 2002, Jay obtained a certification in Life and Health Insurance.
