Diogo Carneiro Santiago

Diogo Carneiro Santiago is the current Head of FP&A & Global Treasury at VTEX. Prior to this, they were the Senior Financial Manager | FP&A and Structured Operations at Terra Santa Propriedades Agrícolas from April 2020 to December 2020. Diogo was also the Director of Finance at Hurb from December 2017 to March 2020.

As Director of Finance at Hurb, Diogo reported directly to the CEO and was responsible for the financial planning, treasury, and payment processing areas. In this role, they were responsible for the 2018 and 2019 budgeting process, as well as the real-time monitoring of budget vs actuals. Diogo also prepared and presented materials to the company Board.

Diogo Carneiro Santiago earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management as an exchange student in Fall 2012. Prior to that, they earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finanças from COPPEAD / UFRJ. Diogo also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Production Engineering from UFRJ.
