Iago Espinoza

Iago Espinoza is an experienced technical professional with a focus on product support engineering. Currently serving as the Lead Product Support Engineer at VTEX since August 2020, Iago provides technical leadership for the Developer Journey, mentoring newcomers and addressing complex issues. Previously, as a Product Technical Analyst at VTEX, responsibilities included enhancing the quality and performance of the VTEX IO platform and spearheading the Intelligent Search team. Iago's background includes consulting for Beijaflore, where development and support of the Évora Opex system were key tasks, as well as a role as a Software Engineering Trainee at i-Hunter Tecnologia da Informação, focusing on HR software. Iago holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Universidade Federal Fluminense and an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Senac RJ.
