Sorren Isler has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Coordinator of Communications & Development for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. In 2008, they held a position as a Regional Sales Coordinator at AGF Management Limited. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Ultra Electronics Maritime Systems, where they supported the Business Development Team with marketing and communications projects.

In 2011, Sorren joined Chester + Company as an Account Coordinator, managing client projects and overseeing social media presence. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at LoyaltyOne as a Client Marketing Specialist, collaborating with internal teams to meet the needs of AIR MILES sponsors. They then transitioned to the role of Digital Marketing Specialist, managing mobile and email channels and implementing CASL requirements.

Sorren continued their career at LoyaltyOne, working as a Product Specialist for Mobile, followed by Product Manager and Associate Director, Product Development roles. They created a compelling product vision for mobile at AIR MILES, developed mobile app strategies, and drove innovation to improve user experience and engagement.

In 2018, Sorren joined ecobee as a Senior Product Manager and later became a Group Product Manager. At ecobee, they contributed to the development of product strategies and roadmaps.

Most recently, Sorren worked at VTS starting in 2020, initially as a Senior Product Manager and currently as a Lead Product Manager. They led cross-functional teams and developed strategies for property and portfolio growth. They successfully launched a consumer-facing visitor kiosk and created an integrated experience vision and strategy for the VTS Platform.

Sorren Isler attended Saint Mary's University from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Marketing. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, Sorren Isler studied at Mount Allison University and also earned a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a specialization in Marketing. In 2010, they briefly attended the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design, with a focus on Website Design. Additionally, Sorren Isler obtained several certifications, including Product-Led Growth from Reforge, Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM, Betterboss (Management Training) from the Raw Signal Group, and CSPO - Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance.
