Maclean Earle has extensive experience in various roles within the venture capital and business development sectors. Currently, Maclean serves as an Executive Member at Pavilion and as a Scout and Investor at VU Venture Partners, focusing on innovative companies such as Orchard Robotics and Max Space. Additionally, Maclean holds the position of Chief of Staff at FirmPilot, where the mission is to help law firms secure cases that align with their interests. Previous roles include Strategic Account Executive at Prodport, Strategic Business Development Representative at Stackline, and Capital Markets Associate at CrowdStreet. Maclean co-founded SpeedDish, a successful hardware startup, and served as an Entrepreneur Scholar at the University of Portland, where market opportunities were identified and explored.
