Elena Kontorovich

Elena Kontorovich has been working in the technology industry since 1997. Elena began their career at PTC as a Software Engineer, where they designed and implemented utilities for solving various geometrical and mathematical problems. In 1999, they moved to RELX as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2004, they joined Mekko Graphics as the Director of Product Management and Customer Care, where they were in charge of driving the overall product vision and market strategy, business cases, roadmap, and the achievement of financial and customer experience goals. Elena also assumed full responsibility for managing the Mekko Graphics project, including managing QA and Customer support, working with developers, and solving the key problems faced in the new product launch. In 2020, they moved to insightsoftware as a Senior Product Manager for Mekko Graphics. Currently, they are a Senior Technical Product Manager at VUI, Inc.

Elena Kontorovich completed their MBA from Boston University in 2011. Elena then went on to earn an MS in Electrical Engineering and Physics from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University. Finally, they earned their Ph.D. in Atomic Physics and Physics of Elementary Structures of Surface from The Ioffe Physical-Technical Institute.
