Phil Frank

Phil Frank has been involved in the business world since 2002. Phil began their career at AT&T, where they held the role of Executive Director of Strategy. In 2005, they moved to Nokia, taking on the role of Global Head of M&A. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Director at OpenCloud Limited, and a Board Advisor at Archer Mobile from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they became a Board Advisor at Nauta Capital and Director and Chief Financial Officer at Zoom Telephonics, Inc. In 2016, they took on the role of Director and CEO at AirSense Wireless, and in 2017, they became Operating Partner at Apollo Global Management Inc. and CEO & Co-Founder of VUI, Inc. Most recently, in 2020, they became an Independent Director & Audit Chair at Minim.

Phil Frank earned their MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business between 1997 and 1999. Phil also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Michigan College of Engineering.
