Andrew Keefe

Andrew Keefe has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Andrew most recently worked as the Director of Finance And Accounting at VulcanForms Inc. since April 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of SEC Reporting at Berkshire Grey from June 2021 to May 2023. Andrew also worked as an Inspector at PCAOB from December 2016 to June 2021. Before that, they worked at EY as an Audit Manager from September 2014 to November 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Audit Senior at Deloitte from September 2012 to September 2014 and as a Senior Client Account Manager- Exchange Traded Funds at Brown Brothers Harriman from July 2008 to September 2012.

Andrew Keefe holds a Master of Science degree in Accountancy from Bentley University, which they earned from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from the same university, completing their undergraduate studies from 2004 to 2008. In terms of certifications, Andrew Keefe is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA, which they obtained in January 2020. Andrew is also a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, having acquired this certification in August 2014.
