Christopher Michalski

Christopher Michalski has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Christopher is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at VulcanForms Inc. Prior to this, they held the position of Global Head at Takeda from 2019 to 2021 and at Shire from 2017 to 2019. Christopher also served as the Global Head of HR at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from 2015 to 2017. Christopher has experience in the manufacturing industry, having worked as a Human Resources professional at Smith & Wesson from 2013 to 2015 and as the Senior Manager of Talent and OE at Meritor from 2012 to 2013. Christopher started their career at Michigan Medical Doctors, where they held the role of Senior Manager of Talent for nearly a decade, from 2003 to 2012.

Christopher Michalski earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Industrial and Product Design from the College for Creative Studies, where they studied from 2000 to 2003. Christopher later pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Education at Wayne State University from 2006 to 2011.
