Tim Frizzell

Tim Frizzell has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Tim started their career as an Organization Development Specialist at Vulcan Materials Company in 2006 and gradually progressed to higher roles such as Manager, Director, and Vice President. In their various roles at Vulcan Materials Company, Tim was responsible for talent acquisition, talent development, and leading teams of recruiters and OD/training professionals. Prior to joining Vulcan Materials Company, Tim worked as a Consulting Intern at Kello and Associates, Inc., where they focused on leadership development projects. Tim also had an internship as a Learning and Development Intern at SPX Corporation. Tim's educational background includes being a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Psychology Department at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where they taught psychology laboratory to undergraduate students.

Tim Frizzell attended Davidson College from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Tim then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, Tim holds certifications in Emotional and Social Competency Inventory from Hay Group and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
