Jelena S. has a diverse work experience. Jelena started their career as an Intern at the British Embassy Zagreb in 2012. From 2014 to 2015, they were the BBCC Executive Assistant at the same Embassy, where they were responsible for communication with key clients, event and project management, and online content creation. In 2015, they joined Deegeetal as a Junior Business Development Consultant, where they managed content and community, developed brand strategies, and executed online marketing campaigns. In 2017, they became a Content Manager at Dialog komunikacije. In 2018, they were the Creative Content Team Lead at FOREO, where they managed the production of creative assets for the Digital Media Unit and led the creative team in creating digital content. In 2019, they founded FRIDAY and co-founded and co-owned Island Escape Croatia. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at VuMedi.

Jelena S. began their educational career in 2006, when they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Zagreb - Faculty of Economics and Business. In 2012, they obtained a Master's Degree in Management from the same university. Additionally, Jelena S. holds an EF Education First certification in EFSET 73 Proficient (CEFR C2).
