Karol Domański

Karol Domański has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and robotics. Karol is currently employed at Vumo as a Low-level Software Engineer. In this role, they are responsible for developing software and participating in projects related to artificial intelligence and automation.

Prior to their current position, Karol worked at Vertigo.Global as an Embedded Software Developer from April 2019 to February 2021. Here, they were involved in the design, assembly, and testing of PCB boards for a gimbal system used in unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for surveillance and reconnaissance purposes.

Karol also worked briefly as a Programista systemów wbudowanych at FLYO - Electric Foil Sp z o.o. in May and June 2019.

Before that, Karol gained valuable experience as an Embedded Developer at DISCO WTMH S.A from July 2017 to April 2019. Here, they worked on projects involving virtual reality and motion control. Karol was responsible for programming microcontrollers, designing circuit boards, implementing communication protocols, and documenting technical specifications.

Karol Domański obtained their Engineer's degree in Automation and Robotics from Warsaw University of Technology, where they studied from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Zespół Szkół Technicznych w Chełmie im. gen. Zygmunta Bohusza-Szyszko from 2012 to 2016, where they received a Technician degree in Mechatronics. In addition to their formal education, in June 2015, Karol obtained the Uprawnienia elektryczne SEP do 1kV certification from Stowarzyszenie Elektryków Polskich (SEP).
