Balasanjeevi Iyer

Balasanjeevi Iyer has extensive work experience in marketing and product management roles. Balasanjeevi started their career at HCL Technologies Ltd as a QA, where they were recognized for maintaining consistent quality in deliverables and promoting idea generation. Balasanjeevi then moved on to become an Assistant Product Marketing Manager at Intellect Design Arena Ltd before joining DIGITAL HARBOR, Inc. as the Head of Marketing Department - Product Marketing Manager. At DIGITAL HARBOR, they successfully transformed the brand's perception and implemented employer branding strategies to drive the product vision. Currently, Balasanjeevi is working as the Director of Marketing at WNS-Vuram.

Balasanjeevi Iyer completed a Post Graduate Program in Business Leadership from the School of Inspired Leadership in 2011-2012. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2007, they obtained a B.TECH HONOURS degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy. Additionally, in February 2012, they obtained a certification in Large Scale Integrated Process from the School of Inspired Leadership.
