Jared Morrison

Jared Morrison is the current COO of Americas BPO at VXI Global Solutions. Prior to this, they were with eTelecare Global Solutions from January 2007 to December 2010, where they served as Area Vice President. In this role, they managed and oversaw customer service, sales and technical support production and operational functions of four contact centers with 27 programs and over 6,800 employees.

Jared has a track record of delivering operational results, both in terms of client SOW metrics and company metrics. Jared is also experienced in collaborating across multiple functions to deliver key client goals and company objectives. In addition, they have fostered a high level of accountability among their team through performance management, measurement, and motivation.

Jared has also been responsible for identifying significant problems and opportunities; analyzing, related and compared data for root cause determination via CAT plan methodology. Furthermore, they have established a systematic course of action for self and/or others to assure accomplishment of a specific objective or goal. Jared is also skilled in determining priorities and allocating time and resources effectively.

Jared has also identified areas of performance strengths and development opportunities for their team. Jared has provided coaching, mentoring and guidance through on the job tasks, formal training/education, and other learning experiences. In addition, they have partnered with cross-functional peers to ensure Regional objectives are understood and supported by all departments.

Finally, they have supported Sales and Marketing in representing the region. Jared has facilitated potential client site visits.

Jared Morrison studied English Literature at The University of New Mexico.
