Kate Asinskaya

Kate Asinskaya has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kate currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Vyking since November 2022. Prior to this, Kate worked as a Strategy and Fundraising consultant for early-stage startups, providing guidance and coaching on business strategy, go-to-market approaches, and investment acquisition. Some notable clients they worked with include Facebook, Hito Wallet, and Urbantech.

Kate also served as the Chief Operating Officer at bina from May 2021 to May 2022. Before that, they worked as a Mentor at Urbantech from August 2019 to December 2021, where they shared their expertise and provided guidance to aspiring entrepreneurs. Additionally, Kate worked as a Venture Growth Manager at Next Big Thing AG from August 2020 to December 2020.

In earlier roles, Kate held the position of Chief Operating Officer & Business Development Lead at Moeco from October 2017 to April 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Marketing at Strelka Institute for Media, Architecture, and Design from October 2013 to June 2016. Kate also gained valuable experience as a Marketing Project Manager at Colliers International, where they led marketing efforts for four malls and implemented strategies to boost revenue and brand acquisition performance.

Furthermore, Kate worked as a Marketing Project Manager at JLL, where they collaborated with mall owners to develop marketing strategies and campaigns to attract new customers and enhance sales. At the beginning of their career, they served as a Manager of Public Relations, Community Engagement, and Project Management at Galeria shopping center (Briz LLC, Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing).

Kate Asinskaya received their Master's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University "LETI" in the years 2002-2007. In 2013-2014, they pursued post-graduate research in Urban Studies/Affairs at the Strelka Institute for Media, Architecture, and Design. Before attending LETI, Kate Asinskaya undertook a Public Relations Curriculum at Towson University, with the end year being 2007 as well. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Project Management from the Project Management Institute in November 2008.
