Ajay Rajan Deshmukh

Ajay Rajan Deshmukh is a seasoned ITSM professional with extensive experience in managing and consulting on IT service management processes. Currently serving as a Product Account Manager and ITSM Consultant at Vyom Labs since January 2018, Ajay has been instrumental in resolving business process issues, maintaining architectural efficiency, and supporting ITIL process owners. Prior to this role, Ajay was an ITSM Tech Lead at Tech Mahindra, where responsibilities included developing process road maps to enhance IT operations.
