Luis began their career at Vysnova Partners, Inc. in 2017 as a Program Manager, where they were responsible for risk management, generating monthly reports, facilitating communication between stakeholders, overseeing procurement and contractor staffing, and handling administrative tasks. Luis later transitioned to the role of Senior Financial Planning Analyst, focusing on budget control, expense and revenue projections, and approving expenses.

In addition to their work at Vysnova Partners, Inc., Luis also worked as a part-time teacher at Asociación Cultural Latinoamericana and served as a consultant in business planning at Prisma ONG. Luis'sresponsibilities at Prisma ONG included developing business plans, conducting economic and financial analysis, and implementing various projects.

Luis Alanya has a diverse education history spanning several years. In 1999, they started their undergraduate studies at the Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina, majoring in Economics. Luis successfully completed their degree and became an Economist in 2004. In 2005, they pursued further specialization in Agricultural Business Management at the same university.

In 2007, Luis began their master's degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Planning and Business Management at the Universidad Ricardo Palma. Luis completed the program in 2008.

Seeking to expand their knowledge in finance, Luis enrolled in a Diploma in Marketing at the Cámara de Comercio de Lima in 2011. Luis completed the Diploma in International Corporate Finance that year and also obtained a Diploma in the specialized field of Public-Private Partnerships in a separate program.

In 2014, Luis continued their studies at Universidad ESAN, this time pursuing a Master's degree in Finance. Luis successfully completed the program in 2016, further enhancing their expertise in the field.
