Aaron Williams

Aaron Williams is an experienced professional currently serving as the Assistant Contact Center Manager at VyStar Credit Union since April 2025, where responsibilities include overseeing customer service teams and optimizing operational workflows. Previously, Aaron held various roles at Fanatics, Inc., culminating as the Global Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager, focusing on enhancing organizational practices for a more inclusive workplace. Additional experience includes supervisory positions in back and front office operations, where Aaron significantly improved team performance within a dynamic contact center environment. Earlier roles also include Senior Pastor at Living Witness Family Worship Center, where Aaron demonstrated strong leadership and engagement skills, as well as a stint as a Substitute Teacher and Customer Service Specialist. Aaron holds a Master of Science in Transformative Leadership from Bethune-Cookman University and a Bachelor of Arts in Operations Management from Florida State College of Jacksonville.
