Cynthia A Wilkinson

Cynthia A Wilkinson, PMP has extensive work experience in project management and leadership roles. Cynthia A is currently serving as the Vice President of Enterprise Project Management (EPMO) at VyStar Credit Union since 2023, where they provide strategic direction and oversight for the organization's Digital Experience and empowers leaders to translate strategy into business value.

Prior to this role, Cynthia served as the Vice President of Business & Portfolio Planning for Digital Experience at VyStar Credit Union from 2022 to the present. In this position, they led a team responsible for financial and program planning, evaluation, and establishing the Digital Portfolio & Governance discipline.

Cynthia also worked as a Manager of Digital Experience Business Planning at VyStar Credit Union from 2019 to 2022, where they contributed to the planning and execution of Internet & Mobile Banking conversion projects.

Before joining VyStar Credit Union, Cynthia held various roles at Southeastern Grocers from 2016 to 2019. Cynthia A served as the Strategic Projects Director | Program Manager, Senior Strategic Projects Manager, and Strategic Projects Manager, where they led projects focused on operational efficiency, retail store renewal, and process improvement.

Cynthia A'searlier experience includes roles at Southeastern Grocers as an IT PMO Analyst and IT Senior Project Manager from 2014 to 2015, and at Merit Consulting, Inc. as an IT Senior Project Manager in 2014. Cynthia A also worked at EverBank as an AVP and Senior Project Manager from 2012 to 2013, at Lender Processing Services, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager from 2010 to 2012, at Fidelity National Financial as a Project Manager from 2009 to 2010, and at JP Morgan & Chase Co. (Formerly Washington Mutual Bank) in various project management and analyst roles from 1998 to 2009.

Cynthia A Wilkinson, PMP holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Phoenix, which was obtained by the year 2020. Additionally, they have a Diploma in Project Management from the University of Phoenix. In terms of certifications, Cynthia has obtained the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org in the year 2020 and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2006.
