Iga Rogała

Iga Rogała is a seasoned professional in UX and product design, currently serving as Head of UX and Research at EUROWAG since September 2024. Previously, Rogała held the position of Head of Product Design at INELO, where responsibilities included defining product strategies, managing a team of designers and technical writers, and enhancing design culture. Rogała's extensive experience also encompasses roles as Product Design Lead and Senior Product Designer at RST Software Masters. Additional expertise includes freelance work as a Senior UX Designer and past positions at Opera Software ASA and Grupa Unity, focusing on user-centered design and research methodologies. Rogała holds a Master's degree in Psychology and completed postgraduate studies in Service Design at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
