John Terceman

John Terceman is an experienced User Experience professional with a strong background in research and design. Currently serving as Manager and Lead User Experience Researcher at ADP since October 2018, John has also held prominent roles at butterUX, where John is the Principal and Director of User Experience, contributing to the enhancement of customer experiences for various clients including Fortune 100 companies. Previous positions include Senior User Experience Researcher at AnswerLab, where John focused on improving online presence through strategic research programs, and Senior Customer Experience Researcher at Entertainment Partners. Other notable experiences include working as a Senior Experience Design Researcher for Toyota at Saatchi & Saatchi, and as a UX and Strategy Lead at STARMEN Design Group. John holds a B.A. in Economics and an M.A. in Human Factors & Applied Psychology from California State University, Northridge.
