Janki Depalma

Janki DePalma, FSMPS, CPSM, LEED AP, currently serves as the Director of Business Development at W.E. O'Neil Construction, bringing expertise to a firm committed to prioritizing relationships within the construction industry. Prior to this role, Janki was the inaugural Senior Associate and Director of Business Development at Kirksey Architecture, where contributions were vital in establishing the new Austin office and executing strategic plans. Janki's earlier experience includes serving as the Business Development Manager at DCI Engineers and as a Marketing Consultant at PageSoutherlandPage. Janki also held the position of Marketing Manager at Lend Lease, where impactful proposals and interviews helped secure new projects. Janki's educational background includes a BA in Comparative Literature and Japanese from the University of California, Davis, and participation in a Japanese Language Program at International Christian University, along with completion of the Leadership Austin program.
