Guzel Lumpkin

Guzel Lumpkin is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in finance and operational leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as the CEO and Founder of EVLUV, Guzel is focused on advancing electric vehicle adoption by addressing charging and range concerns. As CEO and CFO of GYS Fractional CFO Services, Guzel advises entrepreneurs on scaling their startups effectively. Additional roles include being a Limited Partner at Stage 2 Capital and W Fund, and an Advisory Board Member at Gappify, Inc. Previously, Guzel held key financial positions at Innova Medical Group, Procore Technologies, and Mindbody, achieving significant growth and leading successful IPOs. Guzel began a career in auditing at Deloitte and possesses academic credentials from Wharton Executive Education and California State University, Northridge.
