Alexander Lenz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Alexander began their career as a Camp Counselor at Lutheran Outdoor Ministries of Florida from June 2009 to August 2010, where they worked with kids of different age groups and taught various activities. In December 2010, they joined NovusWay Ministries as a Maintenance Technician, responsible for performing maintenance duties on facilities and equipment, including small plumbing and electrical repairs. Alexander worked there until December 2013.

In June 2008, Alexander transitioned to HAWTHORNE HEALTH & REHABILITATION OF OCALA as a Maintenance Technician, where they were responsible for maintenance tasks on room air conditioners, lighting, and repairs for four buildings.

In May 2011, they joined Luther Springs Camp, Conference, & Retreat Center as a Program Coordinator, leading a team of summer camp counselors across Florida. Alexander'sresponsibilities included managing daily activities, schedules, and travel arrangements, as well as promoting the camp and its merchandise. Alexander left the role in August 2013.

In February 2014, Alexander became a Nuclear Power Plant Operator Trainee at the US Navy. Over the years, they took on increasing responsibilities, such as Maintenance Technician (September 2015 to April 2017), where they performed periodic maintenance on engine room components, and Maintenance Planner (April 2017 to October 2019), where they created work packages and ordered parts for complex maintenance tasks. Most recently, they served as the Hydro Shop Lead and Testing Specialist (November 2019 to December 2022), overseeing a work center responsible for the construction, maintenance, and issue of test equipment for nuclear powered moored training ships, as well as performing hydrostatic testing of piping and components.

Alexander's most recent role was as a Manufacturing Engineer at W International, starting in December 2022.

Throughout their career, Alexander has gained experience in maintenance, team coordination, and engineering roles, with a focus on the nuclear power and camp industries.

Alexander Lenz's education history begins in 2004 when they obtained their High School Diploma in Drafting and Design Technology/Technician, General from Zephyrhills High School. In 2009, they went on to earn an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Hillsborough Community College.

Continuing their education, in 2013, Alexander obtained an EMT Certificate in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic) from the Florida Medical Training Institute. Alexander then attended the Nuclear Power School at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command (NNPTC) from 2014 to 2015, specializing in Nuclear Engineering.

Alexander further pursued their academic journey and recently completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology/Technician from Excelsior University in 2021.
