Garrett Updike

Garrett Updike has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Garrett is currently working as the Human Resources Director at W.W. Clyde & Co. Since joining Haselden Construction in 2014, they served as the Head of HR and Director of Talent Development. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resource Manager at Waste Management, Inc. from 2009 to 2014. Garrett also has experience as an MBA Student at the University of Notre Dame from 2007 to 2009 and as a Summer Associate at Citigroup in 2008. Additionally, they worked as a Training Coordinator at BYU - MTC from 2003 to 2007.

Garrett Updike received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from Brigham Young University, where they studied from 1997 to 2003. In 2007, they attended the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business and obtained an MBA with a focus on General Management and Human Resources in 2009.

Garrett Updike also holds several additional certifications. In 2010, they became a DDI Targeted Selection Facilitator through Development Dimensions International. In 2012, they obtained the certification of DDI Facilitator for DDI's Learning Systems, also from Development Dimensions International. Finally, in 2016, they became a Facilitator for Outward Mindset and Outward Leadership, certified by The Arbinger Institute.
