Joel Boysen

Joel Boysen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in category management and procurement across various industries. Currently serving as a Sr. Category Manager at Grainger since December 2019, Joel has contributed to both the Global Category Manager and Associate Category Manager teams. Previously, Joel held the position of Supplier Performance Manager at Visa and worked as Marketing Procurement Director at Acosta/Mosaic NA. Joel's significant tenure at Leo Burnett spanned over 12 years, where roles included Director of Strategic Vendor Management and Director of Supply Chain Management, highlighting expertise in supplier relationship management and process optimization. Early in career, Joel was involved in sourcing and procurement roles at Sears, Roebuck and Co. and Midwest Litho Arts. Joel holds an AAS degree in Photo Offset Lithography from Triton College and has further education from DePaul University.
