Tim Gingrich has a strong and diverse work experience. Tim is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Creative Strategy at WE Communications since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Edelman as a Senior Vice President of Strategy from January 2018 to September 2022, where they received the Charles E. Fremes IQ Hero Award for inventing the Elements of Earned Ideas diagnostics model and played a crucial role in successful campaigns such as KFC's "11 Herbs & Spices Firelog." Tim also worked at Weber Shandwick from 2007 to 2017, where they held various roles including Vice President of Planning, during which they led strategy for Essilor's product brands and developed brand strategies for corporates like BAE Systems and BNSF Railway. Tim also managed integrated accounts and led international projects at Weber Shandwick as an Account Manager, overseeing the 2010 World Expo sponsorship of Texas Tourism in Shanghai and directing the agency's business development in the Asia-Pacific region.

Tim Gingrich has a Master of Arts degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from The University of Texas at Dallas. Tim also has studied Mandarin at Beijing Normal University.
