Dahana Pamungkas

Dahana Pamungkas has a diverse work experience in various industries. They started their career in 2015 as a Medical Record at Premier Jatinegara Hospital. In 2017, they transitioned to a Sales Executive role at PT. TELKOM AKSES and worked there until 2019. In 2020, they joined PT. SMART TELECOM as a Sales Specialist, focusing on increasing outlet productivity. In 2021, they moved on to Grab as a Field Support Specialist, where they contributed to developing the GrabBeliBareng product. In 2022, they worked as a Sales Supervisor at PT. Maha Sentral Sejati, where they monitored the sales team and provided solutions in the field. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Operations at Wahana Prestasi Logistik, where they oversee logistics operations and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and service quality.

Dahana Pamungkas completed a Bachelor's degree in Teknik Informatika from STMIK Nusa Mandiri Jakarta from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2019, Dahana attended Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika and studied Computer Engineering.
