Sanja Sever

Co-Founder at Walden Biosciences

Sanja Sever, Ph.D. has a long and varied work experience. Sanja began their career in 1997 as a Postdoctoral Fellow at The Scripps Research Institute. In 2000, they moved to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute as an Instructor. In 2002, they joined Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital, where they held the roles of Associate Professor and Assistant Professor in Medicine. In 2011, they co-founded Trisaq, and in 2020 they co-founded Walden Biosciences.

Sanja Sever, Ph.D. has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu, which they received in 1996. Prior to that, they were a Visiting PhD candidate at Yale University from 1993 to 1996. Sanja also holds a Master of Science (MS) in Biochemistry, Biophysics and Molecular Biology, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Molecular Biology, both from the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu.
