Katherine Zecena Constanza

Katherine Zecena Constanza has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality industry. Katherine most recently worked as the Director of Finance at Waldorf Astoria Park City starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Assistant Director of Finance at Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club from March 2021 to January 2023. Before that, they held the same role at La Quinta Resort & Club, a Waldorf Astoria Resort, from January 2019 to March 2021.

Katherine also gained experience at Hilton, where they completed a Finance MDP at La Quinta Resort & Club from July 2018 to January 2019 and internships in Shanghai, China as a Finance Intern from September 2017 to January 2018, and as a Global Labor Management Systems Intern from June 2017 to August 2017. Katherine served as the Chapter President of the National Society of Minorities in Hospitality from May 2016 to June 2017.

Katherine'searly work experience includes roles such as a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent at Providence Biltmore, Curio Collection by Hilton from May 2016 to June 2017, and a Sales & Catering Administrator at Providence Biltmore from September 2015 to March 2017.

Katherine Zecena Constanza obtained their High School Diploma from Valley High School in the years 2011 to 2015. During their time at Valley High School, they focused on the Academy Of Hospitality and Tourism. Following their success in high school, Katherine pursued further education and enrolled in Johnson & Wales University from 2015 to 2018. At Johnson & Wales University, they completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business, gaining knowledge in this field of study.
