Sean Dobson

Sean Dobson, CCWP has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sean started their career as a professional baseball player for the St. Louis Cardinals and later played for the Nashua Pride Professional Baseball Club. After that, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at Insight Global and as a Business Development Representative at Personnel Unlimited.

In 2009, Sean joined Interactive Business Systems, Inc as an Account Executive, followed by a role as a Hitting Instructor for the South Oakland A's. Sean then worked at Strategic Staffing Solutions, where they held multiple roles including Sr. Recruiter, Account Manager, and DTE MSP Program Manager.

Sean later joined Experis as a Managing Director, responsible for managing the company's operations. Sean then moved to ettain group as a Sales Director and later as a Managing Director. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Recruiting Operations at Walker Healthforce.

Throughout their career, Sean has demonstrated strong business development skills, strategic management, and expertise in talent solutions and recruitment.

Sean Dobson, CCWP, began their education at De La Salle Collegiate from 1996 to 2000. Sean then pursued their BBA in Marketing at The University of Toledo from 2000 to 2005. Following that, they attended the University of Phoenix from 2009 to 2010, where they completed an MBA degree.
