As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has been dedicated to providing organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro. Mariana's expertise in nutrition was demonstrated through work as a nutritionist at a private practice and as a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics and food history.
