Victoria Marí

Victoria Marí is currently the Director of Talent and Global Rewards at Wallbox. Prior to this, they were an HRBP & Culture Manager at SOCAR Malaysia from May 2017 to May 2018. Before that, they were a Startup advisor/ People Manager at Demium from June 2018 to August 2019.

Victoria has extensive experience in human resources, recruitment, and employer branding. Victoria is passionate about finding the best talent and helping startups grow. Victoria is also dedicated to training students and interns, so they can develop the skills needed to get a full-time position.
