Cesar Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Cesar began their career at Toysrus.com as the Director of Business Intelligence and Analysis, where they managed a team and supported the ecommerce team. Cesar then moved on to Babiesrus.com, where they served as the Director of eCommerce Merchandising for the Baby department, driving online growth and revenue increase. Cesar later became the Executive Director of eCommerce Merchandising at Toysrus.com/Babiesrus.com, overseeing multiple brands and a $1B annual sales.

In 2012, Cesar joined Bed Bath & Beyond as the VP of eCommerce Merchandising, Monetization, & Digital Partnerships, managing P&L responsibility and leading strategic initiatives. Cesar also held the position of Director of eCommerce Merchandising - buybuy BABY, focusing on sales growth and team development.

During this time, Cesar also held advisory roles at LookStyler and Renbizz, providing guidance to emerging companies. Cesar joined Techstars in 2019 as a Mentor, offering expertise to startups. In 2020, Cesar became the Director of the Board of Directors at Dream To Succeed US, focusing on business development and fundraising.

Most recently, Cesar joined Walmart as the Director, Marketplace Strategic Business Unit Lead - Baby Hardlines and Pets, utilizing their skills and expertise in the retail industry. Throughout their career, Cesar has demonstrated a strong drive for growth and success in the ecommerce, retail, and digital media sectors.
