Jocelyn Caldwell

Jocelyn Caldwell is an accomplished professional in workforce strategy and organizational development, currently serving as Vice President at Walmart. With extensive experience in talent acquisition, Jocelyn has held prominent positions at TIAA, including Vice President for Talent Acquisition and Workforce Strategies, as well as Vice President of Talent Acquisition.
