Kristin Coffman is the Director of HR & Institutional Culture at Walton Arts Center. Kristin has previously worked as the HR Manager at SEACON Brantner & Associates, the Arkansas Department of Health, Arkansas Tech University, Northwest Health, Van Horn Construction Inc, Walton Arts Center and Walmart AMP, and WestRock Company.
Kristin Coffman has a Master's Degree in Applied Sociology from Arkansas Tech University, a Bachelor's Degree in Emergency Administration & Management also from Arkansas Tech University, and an Associate's Degree in Graphic Design from Platt College-San Diego. Kristin also has a High School diploma from Patrick Henry High School.
