Santiago Robina has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Santiago started their career as an Architect at JSa Javier Sanchez Arquitectos, where they worked on various projects including residential buildings, museums, schools, and commercial spaces. Santiago then joined AMET Ambrosi Etchegaray Arquitectos as an Architect and Construction Manager, leading a major mixed-use project. Santiago later co-founded CODE mx (Construction & Development) / Arquitectura Local, where they managed a vertically integrated Architecture, Construction & Real Estate firm. Santiago was responsible for land acquisition, market research, underwriting, design, and construction management. Following this, they joined RXR as a Development Associate, gaining expertise in investment management, property management, development, design, construction, leasing, and financing. Currently, Santiago is working at Walton Street Capital as Vice President of Investments, overseeing investment activities within the company.

Santiago Robina has an extensive education history with a focus on real estate development, architecture, and related subjects. Santiago obtained a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree in Architecture & Urbanism from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México in the years 2007 to 2012. Santiago then pursued a Master in Science in Real Estate Development at Columbia University from 2015 to 2016. Building on their expertise, Santiago further enhanced their knowledge by completing various certificate programs. In 2016, they obtained a certificate in Construction Management II from New York University. Santiago also received certificates from prestigious institutions such as Cornell University in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management in 2019, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investments in 2018, and the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México in Mexican Real Estate Law in 2019. Additionally, Santiago participated in a Visiting Student Program at the Architectural Association in 2010, where they earned a Diploma in Architecture.
