Sunil Kripalani

Sunil brings extensive experience across product strategy, development and launch of digital consumer experiences for members, clients and providers. Most recently, as Chief Digital Officer at OptumRx, Sunil delivered a double-digit growth in Net Promoter Scores and adoption of self-service products while launching new AI-powered products to streamline consumer and employee experiences.

Prior to OptumRx, Sunil spent 13 years at Cisco Systems and led the development and global launch of Cisco’s Smart Services product portfolio. Since his time at Optum, Sunil has been working extensively with technology-centric startups as a CEO advisor to help shape product, go-to-market and technology development.
