Irina Hill

Irina Hill has a diverse range of work experience in the field of data and analytics. Irina is currently working as the VP of Data & Analytics at Wambi, where they are leading the development of a digital healthcare employee recognition platform. Previously, they held the role of Director of Data at OncoLens, where they defined the data strategy and led a team to implement various data products and initiatives for the company.

Irina also has experience at Certilytics, where they held multiple roles including VP of Software Development, Technical Solutions Architect / Team Lead, and Senior Data Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for creating a technology roadmap, spearheading the implementation of analytics-as-a-service products, and ensuring the efficient delivery of data solutions.

Prior to that, Irina worked at Amazingmail as a Full Stack Engineer and Resident Database Expert, where they launched a custom Accounting Management and Reporting System and provided ongoing support for data management. Irina also served as the Director of IT Development and Services at Environmental Data Management, where they managed software product development and supervised IT infrastructure and client support.

At the beginning of their career, Irina worked at Carewise Health in various roles, including Team Lead / Senior Programmer in IT Engineering, Programmer in Development, and Programmer in IT Operations. Irina implemented solutions to critical issues, developed procedures for issue resolution, and contributed to cross-departmental problem-solving.

Irina Hill received their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Drexel University, where they studied from 1998 to 2003. At the same institution, they also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English during the same time period. Additionally, in December 2014, they obtained a certification as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) from the Yoga Alliance.
