Elliot Williams

Elliot Williams is an experienced journalist currently serving as the Arts & Culture Reporter at WAMU 88.5 since May 2021, focusing on arts and entertainment stories in the DC metro area. Prior to this role, Elliot worked as a Staff Writer for DCist.com and held the position of Assistant Editor at Washingtonian Magazine, where responsibilities included writing and editing local news and culture stories and managing an editorial fellowship program. Elliot has also founded and served as Editor in Chief for the music and culture blog Under the Influence of Music, contributed as a writer for syracuse.com, and held editorial roles in various campus publications while pursuing a Master of Arts in Journalism at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, following a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Villanova University.
