Justina Elsidodi

Justina Elsidodi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting from 1996 until 2001, they worked as a Project Office Manager at Metcalf & Eddy, Inc., where they supervised administrative activities related to waste water and aquifer management projects. From 2001 to 2004, they served as a Project Field Office Manager at CHF International. Justina then joined Lexmark International Corporate Headquarters as a Talent Management-Performance Management Process (PMP) Support from 2005 to 2006.

In 2008, Justina Elsidodi took on the role of Jerusalem Coordinator at Shevet Achim, an international organization based in Jerusalem. Justina played a key role in volunteer recruitment, logistics coordination, and event planning. Justina also wrote human interest stories about former patients in the Gaza Strip.

From 2014 to 2015, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Faith Travel Association, providing support to the sales and marketing departments. Justina handled administrative tasks, prepared reports, and managed member benefits.

In 2015, Justina took on contract work with Alltech as a Sales, Marketing, and Events Coordinator. Justina'sresponsibilities included planning and coordinating sales and marketing events, assisting the sales and accounts team, and supporting the marketing team with various activities.

From 2017 to the present, Justina has been working at Home Instead. Initially, they served as the Recruiting-Retention-Training Coordinator before being promoted to the role of Human Resources Manager.

Most recently, Justina Elsidodi joined American Trailer Rental Group in 2022 as a Learning and Development Specialist, where they are responsible for leading the organization's learning and development initiatives.

Justina Elsidodi received a Certification in Learning & Development from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2023. In the same year, they also obtained a Leadership Challenge Certificate in Organizational Leadership from People First Academy. Prior to this, they attended Fugazzi Business School and earned a degree in Broadcast Management, with a focus on Broadcast Management, in 1980.
